This is ridiculous. Just errored out with it saying please try this operation later....aye very good just as I'm going from the ascalon foothills into diessa. Surely since this is a global game, support will move round the planet as the day moves on.

If two million people have bought one or both of the games then I think they could at least form some sort of support team in US, Europe and Asia. Have we had any news, update on the website, anything apart from Gaile saying that they are looking into it?

The problem is not restricted to uk only, mainland europe here and can't connect either...

First i got an error 40 and got kicked out, now error 13 everytime i try to login.

They dont put anything good on the site, only stuff on there is about PvP crap

I was in Arborstone when I got the error 13 messsage. Strangely, it only happened as we completed the mission - the three swords showed, but the cutscene did not. I was standing around in the mission, with Altrumm having appeared on my map, as have the three swords, but a constant message saying Reattemting connection to the server (Code=13) I could still walk around as normal, but all of the enemies had disappeared. I couldn't map out, as nothing happened.

When I logged out, I couldn't load any of my characters.

A similar thing has happened to me at a different mission and I got the reward anyway. Hopefully it works that way in THK as well.

I was about to enter unwaking waters on the Kurzick side, and Reattempting...Code 15. Every time I clicked enter mission...

Just finished an FoW trip with the alliance. 1 got kicked out after a lag spike. Any number of lag spikes since then. When we finished... came to return to ToA, instantly kicked out (some sort of code56 or somet). Back to the err13 messages. Euro server, UK.

You've probably come to this conclusion already, but I've noticed from reading what you've been saying and from my own experience we get the first error (err=040, I think it was) when we're loading a new area, problems connecting to the server, I think.
*shrug* that's just an assumption.
